1 General Terms

486bd is an online betting and casino platform serving the Bangladesh market. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 486bd and its users ("you" or "member"). By using the 486bd.cam website or any of its mobile versions, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 Scope of Application

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account at 486bd. The services on this platform are available only to those aged 21 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. You may be asked to submit proof of identity at any time for age verification purposes.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If a person holds more than one account, those accounts will be closed and the funds held in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. An account opened with false information may be cancelled at any time and any winnings held in it may be forfeited. Information required at registration:

2.4 KYC Verification Process

486bd may initiate KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time for security purposes or before processing financial transactions. A copy of a national ID card, passport or driving licence may be requested. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Account Security

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. Keep your login details (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party.

• Use a strong password made up of letters, numbers and special characters.
• Log out after every session, especially on shared devices.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
• 486bd will not be responsible if a third party places bets using your account.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

486bd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and direct bank transfer. The payment method must belong to the same person as the name registered on the account.

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each payment method)
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Processing time: Usually within 10 to 45 minutes
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• If there is an active bonus wagering requirement on the account, it must be fulfilled before withdrawing.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means the total bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example:

• Deposit ৳2,000 and receive a bonus of ৳2,000
• Wagering to complete: ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Bonuses can only be used for betting and gaming on this platform.
• Separate terms may apply to each promotion.
• 486bd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without reason.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or the same device is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

486bd's VIP program has 5 tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers based on regular betting activity. 486bd may change the VIP tier terms at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a specific cash-out feature applies). 486bd is not responsible if a bet fails due to loss of internet connection. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical fault, 486bd reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Game Fairness

All games on 486bd are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely unbiased.

6.3 System Errors

If an unusual win occurs as a result of a software or system error, 486bd reserves the right to void that amount and will investigate the issue.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 486bd and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening or operating more than one account
• Using a false identity or personal information
• Placing bets with the deliberate intention of misusing bonus benefits
• Using funds from another person's account
• Betting using automated software or bots
• Hacking or other fraudulent cyber activities
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Harassing other members or engaging in harmful behaviour

8 Responsible Gaming

486bd believes in responsible gaming. We want our members to use gaming as a source of entertainment, not as a solution to financial problems.

8.1 Self-Exclusion Feature

Any member may request that their own account be temporarily or permanently closed. Such requests are processed in complete confidence.

8.2 Setting Deposit Limits

Members can set their own weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reducing this limit takes effect immediately; increasing it is subject to a specified waiting period.

10 Limitation of Liability

• If the service has to be temporarily suspended due to government restrictions

11 Service Suspension & Termination

11.1 Account Suspension

486bd may suspend an account without notice in the following cases:

• If there is suspicion of a terms violation
• In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions
• During the course of an investigation
• Upon instruction from legal or regulatory authorities

11.2 Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account, they can send a request to [email protected]. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed (subject to applicable terms and conditions).

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

486bd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified via email or a platform notification.
